George is a multi-tasked, confident and hand-on professional with a considerable background in and understanding of issues relating to facilities management, property portfolio analysis, land economy, social development and sustainability issues. He works at Fidelity Bank as the Corporate Services Manager for the Northern Sector. On this role, he has responsibilities for facilities and transport management, as well as general administration to 21 branches. Prior to this role, George had held a similar position in Prudential Bank.

George also amassed remarkable experience in teaching and research during a period of lectureship at the Department of Estate Management of Kumasi Polytechnic. Between 2002 and 2006, he worked with the Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly in development control, and estate/property management, and also served as a member of the Metropolitan Education Planning Team that toured basic schools in the Kumasi metropolis to collect data, for the design and implementation of School Performance Improvement Plans (SPIPs).

A key strength lies in his remarkable ability to approach issues from analytical perspectives, paying attention to details and with sound report writing skills. These are backed by wealth of intellect and an ability to communicate effectively in English and Twi with a wide range of audience. George builds quick rapport with clients, shows attention by carefully listening to their needs and appropriately adjusting his message.

He has participated in several workshops/conferences/seminars and maintains membership the Ghana Institution of Surveyors (GhIS) and the International Federation of Surveyors (FIG), as well as the International Facilities Management Association. George has a Bachelors degree in Land Economy and is currently enrolled (in final year) on KNUST’s LLB programme.

George is an avid reader of fictional and non-fictional thrillers about legal drama. He likes meeting people and experiencing different cultures; subscribes to and reads the Facilities Management Journal (FMJ) regularly and also regularly visits GhIS website for professional news and information.

At 36, George is married with 4 children.
